Woodbridge Council Adopts Easement Ordinance, Schedules First-Reading Hearing and Approves Affordable Housing Spending Plan

The council voted to enter executive session under Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act (public laws 1975) to discuss pending litigation; after approximately 20 minutes the body returned to open session at 6:29 p.m. and approved a resolution presenting the Affordable Housing Trust Fund spending plan following a motion, second and voice vote.
