City to advertise Walker Avenue drainage project with $800,000 estimate

Mister Wall said the project responds to changes NDOT will make on a nearby project and that the city had previously discussed a memorandum of understanding on participation and funding. An engineer described the scope as roughly a 30‑inch storm pipe, about three blocks long, and estimated construction costs near $800,000.
The board did not take additional action beyond authorizing advertising and asked staff to continue coordinating design and funding details tied to NDOT work.
