Unidentified Speaker 4 moved to approve the resolution and the motion was seconded. A roll call recorded Commissioner Alsma, Commissioner Neeson and Commissioner Watt as voting "Aye;" the motion carried.
The appropriation vote follows the commission's authorization of the bond issuance earlier in the meeting and the close of the required second public hearing. Staff will complete the appropriation language and include the final numbers once bond pricing is determined during marketing.
