Because multiple technical corrections and funding questions remained unresolved, a motion to table the ordinance until next month passed on a roll call. The sponsor said tabling would allow staff to correct fund coding and confirm the financing plan while preserving the vendor timeline for a November reconsideration that could still meet the contractor's December deadline if necessary.
