The Murrysville Planning Commission accepted SP 2-24 (Artman McCloy Avenue site plan) at its Aug. 13 meeting. The project, described by staff as a parking-lot construction on an MU-zoned parcel on McCloy Avenue, was presented to commissioners who had no substantive questions. A motion to forward/approve the plan was moved and seconded and passed on a voice vote.
Staff noted that the commission’s action was to accept/forward the plan; if any further steps are required for council approval, staff will process them per the borough’s normal procedures.
