Captain McQuay of the Evansville Police Department asked the board for permission to advertise sealed bids “for 40 in‑car computers” needed for patrol vehicles and for sealed bids on five unmarked detective vehicles. He also presented an interlocal access agreement with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department to split radio costs between the two agencies; all three items were approved by motion.
