The Planning Commission on Aug. 8 recommended that City Council consider a comprehensive-plan change (Comp 15 31) that would enable a mixed residential PUD for the Vin Park parcels north of Kenosha Street.
Staff said the 10.9-acre site, now zoned A-1 and R-2, was proposed to be changed to Level 3 intensity in the comprehensive plan to allow a mix of housing types and limited commercial live-work townhomes. “Our recommendation is that Comp 15 31 be approved subject to city council approving a PUD that is similar to the conceptual PUD provided and the property being platted,” staff said.
