On operations, Dan explained lights will operate on a push-button system, remain on for an hour, and emit a three-minute strobe before automatic shutoff; the system will be locked out after 11 p.m. so users cannot reactivate lights past that time. The board agreed to add long-range pickleball planning to a future agenda to study court capacity, drainage and location options.
