"For this meeting, just authorize, you know, what we've got so far that, you know, you agree that it looks good, and, we'll be presenting this, to city council, later this month," he said.
Commissioners and staff described the report as largely reflecting obligations already committed and discussed the increasing burden of statutory reporting guidelines. Nick suggested returning the plan for approval at the next meeting after commissioners have had time to review the draft.
No formal action on the spending plan was taken at the meeting; staff was directed to continue refining the plan and present it at the commission's next meeting before formal submission.
