The prices were negotiated in a recent meeting with Brian Smith of Heritage Petroleum, the staff presenter said.
Board members asked only brief clarifying questions; one member described the presented prices as "really good deals" compared with last year. Following a motion and a second, the board approved the staff recommendation by voice vote.
