Port approves temporary rent relief to keep ice machine at Pier 45

Port staff recommended reducing the fee to $500 per month for one year, with continuing reporting and monitoring requirements.
Commissioners moved and seconded the item and voted in favor; the record shows approval of Resolution 11-66 for the license amendment.
