Commission recommends women's health clinic permit at Lindbergh Boulevard site

The Creve Coeur Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend that the city council approve a conditional-use permit for a women’s health diagnostic clinic at 227 North Lindbergh Boulevard (application 24-025).
Tisha Singer, the applicant and owner, said the clinic will offer mammograms, ultrasounds, DXA scans and other women’s health services including genetic testing and care for perimenopause and menopause. "I am the owner and presenter of this clinic," Singer said when introducing herself.
City planner Bethany Moore said the diagnostic imaging center is a conditional use in the General Commercial district, with no exterior changes planned. Staff noted the use will have four employees at peak shift, hours of operation from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 18 parking spaces on site (the use requires 17). Conditions include resealing and restriping the parking lot, updating landscape beds to the existing 2012 plan and submitting a plant schedule. Any new signage would require a separate permit.
After exhibits were entered into the record, a commissioner moved to recommend approval subject to the conditions detailed in the staff report and draft ordinance; the motion passed with recorded ayes. Staff said the commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the city council meeting next Monday at 7 p.m. for final action.
If approved by council, the applicant will proceed with required site work (parking reseal/restripe and landscaping updates) and obtain any separate signage permits.
