The board recorded five submissions in response to a qualifications request for architects and engineers for renovations and repairs to the METS Administration Building and downtown terminal.
Staff read the names of the firms that submitted qualifications: Morley; Lamar Architecture and Design; VPS Architecture; Hafer; and 3 I Design. 'These proposals have been received,' a staff member said, and the board moved to take the submissions under advisement so METS staff can review the details of each response.
A motion to take the proposals under advisement was made, seconded and approved by the board. No scoring, ranking, or award decision was made at the meeting; METS staff will review proposals and report back as appropriate.
