Chief Spears presented item 4a, the Fort Worth EMS MOUA, and told the council that legal counsel had reviewed the document. "Our legal counsel has looked at it and blessed it," Chief Spears said. Councilman Sinclair moved to approve item 4a; Councilman Lawson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
