Yellowstone County sheriff promotes five officers at July 9 meeting

Sheriff officials framed the promotions as recognition of service and as assignments intended to support courthouse and detention operations. The board thanked the sheriff and congratulated the promoted officers before proceeding with the remainder of the agenda.
