Board approves consent package including curriculum materials and capital items

Separately, the administration announced a recommended purchase of automated rigging equipment for the fine arts center to mechanize heavy stage shells; the agenda and transcript list a figure of "$298,078,781" for the bid, a number that appears inconsistent with the project description and is flagged in the record as likely a transcription or agenda clerical error.
