Community outreach and transparency: staff said outreach has been ongoing since 2007, including public taste tests, focus groups, fact sheets, digital, paid and transit advertising and roadshows; staff agreed to post the presentation and an updated fact sheet online and to provide empirical water‑quality data requested by public commenters.
