Zoning and redevelopment: the council voted to deny a zoning special‑use permit for a truck service/repair and lease parking facility at 1903 Kenosha Road (zoning docket 24‑Z‑9); the vote carried 4–1. Separately, council considered a redevelopment agreement with Grey’s Animal Hospital that included a TIF‑related incentive request.
