The board moved and approved a contract with Combs Landscape and Nursery for purchase and planting of trees this fall; staff indicated those costs were covered in the existing budget. The accounts payable voucher was circulated, reviewed and approved by voice vote.
In other business, a member asked to move future regular meetings from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. due to a scheduling conflict; the board agreed and set the Aug. 27 and Nov. 12 meetings to begin at 8:30 a.m. Staff said they would remind members of the agenda and schedule.
