Area Plan Commission approves Green River Meadows Section 2 primary plat with conditions

The commission approved the Green River Meadows Section 2 primary plat 11–0, subject to corrections to the access note, adding an auditor stamp and a plat note assigning storm-sewer maintenance responsibilities for Lot 1.
The Area Plan Commission voted unanimously on Sept. 5 to approve the primary plat amendment for Green River Meadows Section 2, a replat of Lot 1 in Section 1, with conditions addressing access and drainage maintenance.
Staff noted comments from the county engineer and others asking that the access note be clarified so Lot 1 has access to either North Green River Road or Violet Drive, and that a recorded maintenance document for storm-sewer responsibility be referenced on the plat. Petitioner representative Scott Beadle said those items had been addressed and recorded prior to the meeting and the recording information would be added to the plat.
The commission moved and seconded the staff-recommended approval with the listed corrections; roll call showed 11 yes, 0 no and primary plat approval was recorded. The item will proceed to recording after the clerical corrections required by staff are made.
