The Building Commission recommended awarding low bids for four demolition projects: 916 West Illinois to High Door & Excavating for $6,380; 616 East Illinois to Belpin/Belfin Landfill for $7,700; 1424 Cody Street to Belpin/Belfin Landfill for $4,800; and 832 Lincoln Avenue to Belfin Landfill for $10,900. The board moved, seconded and approved awarding those bids.
