Board members voted to approve the conditional use with two conditions: approval is limited to the design shown in the packet and the petitioner must plant street trees spaced no more than 30 feet on center along both property frontages.
Petitioner Clayton Cochran said the duplex design follows the neighborhood pattern and thanked the board for accommodating the project. The board concluded the request aligns with infill and housing goals in the comprehensive plan.
