In packet materials council received a proposed amendment to attach the real estate agreement to the ordinance. Council Member Novak moved to attach the agreement and Council Member Grimm seconded. The amendment passed on roll call and the council subsequently approved the amended bill by roll call vote (eight ayes).
The ordinance will authorize city staff to execute the real estate agreement and complete the donation under the terms in the attached agreement. The council did not discuss additional sale or transfer conditions during the meeting.
