Council tables climate-collaborative partnership with Wellborn Baptist Foundation pending reporting edits

Barb (first appearing SEG 115) requested tabling the agreement to resolve "a couple of minor things" related to reporting frequency and similar items and said she would provide edits to staff. The acting president agreed to table the partnership item for the week to allow those edits to be made and reviewed.
Staff said that if the grant is awarded a subaward agreement would be drafted and the partner would become a subrecipient. The board did not vote to approve the partnership at this meeting and left the item for follow-up edits and a future vote.
