The board also approved a proposal to adopt Frontline Education's human capital management recruiting and hiring system to replace paper processes for job applicants and to centralize personnel records. Trustees and staff discussed the district's need to go paperless, consolidate more than 200 boxes of historical personnel files and improve governance over documentation. The board moved, seconded and approved the Frontline contract by voice vote.
Finally, trustees approved the superintendent's personnel recommendations as presented. The meeting then adjourned after announcements about upcoming events and a planned ribbon-cutting and athletic schedule.
The district said specifics of the intruder detection audits would remain in executive session to avoid compromising security; the public motion approved the multi-hazard plan and cybersecurity annex for board oversight and implementation.
