Four years after the Alameda fire, Talent staff report steady single-family rebuilds but slower commercial and manufactured-home recovery

Nick Hubert of the planning department said 240 of 325 single-family dwellings destroyed by the fire have been finaled, leaving roughly 85 still to be rebuilt. For multifamily residential structures, 79 of 127 units have been rebuilt with 48 remaining.…
