Speaker 4 moved an initial motion to approve six dates; after discussion the board amended the motion to approve two June dates now (June 7 and June 21) and asked the applicant to initiate a site-plan amendment for the remaining requested dates. The amended motion carried 4–1.
The board conditioned the short-term approvals on the expectation that the applicant will work with town planning staff to update its site plan if it seeks to host recurring outdoor events. Planning staff (Glenn Green, referenced) was asked to help facilitate the site-plan amendment process.
