Trustees requested the front page of the master plan show the updated date and that the amendment identify the version of the plan being appended.
Board members described the change as a modification to the original master plan; staff and counsel confirmed the amended plan will be appended to the first amendment and that capital phasing (phases 1–4) and projected years would be clearly identified in the addendum. The amended first amendment—incorporating the tabled clarifications—passed 6–0.
Trustees asked staff to ensure the agreement document and appendix identify the master‑plan date specifically so the board and the public know which version is included.
