The attorney noted minutes must identify actions and the presence of a quorum and that additional detail about discussions is often included but not legally required.
After further debate and a request for a specific change, the motion to revise the minutes failed for lack of a second. The board then moved to approve the minutes as written; the record shows the motion passed 4‑to‑1 with "Bobby" recorded as voting against.
