Council members approved assessments for Bridle Ridge, The Vineyards, Virgil Hill and a group of smaller districts that include Live Oak, Reinman Court, Sunset Meadows, Sterling Hills and Murdoch Court. The measures pay for streetlights, tree pruning and landscape maintenance in the neighborhoods that benefit from the services; staff said the levies avoid tapping the city’s general fund.
