Harlem Row students brief board on Odyssey of the Mind, head to states April 5

Eighth‑grader Kayla Forbes, student‑council president, and classmates Serana Marica and Stella Unger summarized recent events—bonfire, volleyball and dodgeball fundraisers—and described two Odyssey teams that advanced from the regional competition; one robot lion named Quinn will advance to the state competition on April 5. The students said fundraising proceeds were used to buy materials and to assemble activity bags for Guthrie cancer patients.
Board members praised the students and thanked advisors for supervision. Superintendent Dr. Sage closed the segment by thanking Harlan Row(e) Middle School staff for hosting the board and noted the building looked great.
The board offered students encouragement for the state competition; no board action was required for the presentation.
