City officials said the plan would use CDBG funds for a mix of infrastructure and social services but did not provide an itemized funding breakdown at the Aug. 11 session. Any changes to the preliminary plan or formal allocations would be decided in subsequent council action and federal program approvals.
The council is scheduled to meet again Aug. 25; additional hearings on budget matters are on the agenda and may include further action or public comment on federal grant priorities.
