Trustees mentioned volunteer activity by a local pressure-washing business and urged residents to report weeds, graffiti and other problems through the city's website link.
City staff also addressed an operational trash-pickup staffing issue, saying crews were shorthanded due to scheduled vacation and illness and that missed pickups would be collected the following Wednesday once staffing returned to normal.
