Mayor proclaims Constitution Week; council honors long-serving Board of Adjustment member

Michelle Wiggs of the Malcolm Hunter chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution accepted the proclamation and noted the chapter's history in securing national recognition for the week; she offered pocket constitutions for attendees.
The council also recognized Sheila Hayworth for 13 years of service on the Moore Board of Adjustment. Hayworth thanked the council and expressed appreciation for being part of the community and for the recognition.
Both items were presented as ceremonial recognitions; no formal council action beyond the proclamation and presentation was required.
