Board approves minutes, audit, personnel offers and classified pay schedule
Summary

Later the board accepted the district's audit (Schedule 3, page 57) after the administrator reported "no significant deficiencies and no material weaknesses." A motion to accept the audit was moved, seconded and approved.
The board also moved, seconded and approved offers of employment for certified and classified staff for the next fiscal year. Classified salary schedules and stipend schedules — reflecting a 1% increase for classified staff — were approved after the board deferred certified-schedule details for additional review. Administrators said they expect to present the certified schedules at the April board meeting.
All votes in the meeting were recorded as voice votes ("Aye"); the meeting transcript does not record roll-call tallies by name. The board adjourned following approval of these items.
