Pittsburg commission approves assignment of Silverback Landing RHID contingent on sale

Kim, representing city staff, told the commission the vote would simply transfer the RHID instrument to the buyer if the sale closes; "it's just an assignment," she said, adding that if the sale does not go through "the decisions we've made to date will be null and void."
