• Vehicles: The board accepted low bidders for three maintenance vehicles (Everett Chevrolet and Randy Marion Chevrolet) and approved purchases funded from capital outlay funds.
• Maiden Middle School HVAC: Construction Change Directive No. 1 was approved; pre‑purchased HVAC units were recorded and a listed value of $1,031,246 will be deducted from the total construction price.
• Modular unit installations: Apparent low bids from Moss Marlow Building Company were accepted for Falls Creek Elementary ($206,945) and St. Stephen Elementary ($247,745); the board approved a five‑year lease arrangement and owner‑contract agreements with Moss Marlow.
• Closed session: The board voted to enter closed session for personnel (attorney‑client privileged) and property reasons.
