Erica (Speaker 3), introduced as the meeting’s presenter for OPM/architect updates, said construction is progressing and pointed members to photos in the meeting packet showing siding installation, the circulation loop and interior finishes. She told the committee the project’s substantial-completion date “is holding at October 31.”
