Board accepts certificates of occupancy, approves final GMP for Hilltop School for the Arts

And on July 3 year, we got our certificate of occupancy for, 3 buildings," Connor Lewis said during public comment as he introduced colleagues and presented plaques to the governing board.
Following the presentation, a project representative described Guaranteed Maximum Price No. 3 (GMP No. 3) for the Hilltop School for the Arts and characterized it as the third and final GMP intended to cover the remainder of project costs and some contingency allowances. "This is our third and final GMP that covers the entire cost of the school, as well as a couple things just to cover our bases in case there are any extras on the project," the presenter said.
The governing board approved the GMP as presented. The transcript records the approval language and board members' oral assent; a full roll-call vote with named tallies was not recorded in the meeting transcript.
