Other items approved or amended on the consent calendar included a modest increase in a police software user license award (PCR 79‑25), a correction and amendment to a work‑boots spending authority (PCR 75‑25 amended to $48,142), probate court advertising contracts and several materials/testing and supplies contracts. Council members repeatedly noted late arrival of paperwork for several items and asked departments to ensure timely submission to the clerk’s binder; the chair warned that items not included in members' binders will be held for later consideration.
