"This item is to approve a professional services agreement with AIG Technical Services to design the improvements to the North Cherry Street storm sewer improvements for an amount not to exceed $1,908,249," Megan said. Council moved, seconded and the motion carried with the mayor announcing the vote as 5–0.
No substantive discussion on the engineering scope or consultant selection was recorded in the meeting minutes beyond the staff presentation; council recorded no conditions attached to the contract approval during the meeting.
