Council awards airport demolition contract and adopts 2025 construction improvement standards

Construction improvement standards update (Item 11.4): Staff presented the 2025 update to Oakdale’s construction improvement standards, explaining updates include LED lighting specifications, fire department input on street and hydrant standards, and water‑service updates to reflect recent legal and technical changes. Staff said there is no fiscal impact to adopting the standards update and recommended council adopt the resolution. Council approved the standards update by roll call vote 4–0.
