Board approves agenda, minutes and personnel exhibits A–F; holds executive session
Summary
The board unanimously approved the meeting agenda and Nov. 11 minutes by consent, voted to go into and return from executive session, and approved personnel exhibits A–F after a motion by Mister Till and second by Doctor Chapman.
At the start of the Dec. 10 meeting the board chair stated the agenda had been provided in advance and, with no objection, declared the agenda approved by consent. The November 11 minutes were also approved by consent, as the chair noted.
Early in the meeting mister Sweeney moved and mister Dusa seconded a motion to go into executive session; the board voted unanimously to enter closed session and later returned to open session on a motion by mister Dukes seconded by miss Burch, also approved unanimously.
HR coordinator Mrs. Cutchin recommended approval of personnel exhibits A–F. Mister Till moved the personnel recommendation and Doctor Chapman seconded; the board approved the exhibits unanimously.
Later the board took a final motion to adjourn; the motion was moved and seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
