Commissioners expressed concern about the existing width of Luann Drive, which is the main access and currently appears undersized for a commercial development; the applicant said the curb and gutter are in place and some widening could be achieved if necessary. Several commissioners urged the developer to return quickly with final plat details showing required road widths. A motion to approve as a preliminary plat passed unanimously; the commission noted it will forward a recommendation to City Council next week.
