Board member Meisner moved to approve the 2025–26 budget and the motion carried after a voice vote. Chair Stark moved to accept a $1,362 gift from the Fridley United Methodist Church for the family resource room; the board approved that gift in a recorded roll call with votes recorded as aye from Anna, Jones, Carnap, Meissner and Stark. The consent agenda that followed included meeting minutes, monthly finance reports, new contracts and amendments, leaves, personnel actions, the SRO agreements (both the regular and setting-4 arrangements discussed earlier), a basement renovation, the 2026–27 school year calendar, an overnight seventh-grade trip, a technology refresh lease authorization, designation of an investment manager, Pershing LLC as an official depository, the Q-Comp report and an additional professional development day on Sept. 26, 2025.
The board closed by confirming upcoming district holidays (Juneteenth and July 4) and scheduled the next regular meeting for July 15 at the Fridley Community Center before adjourning.
