On separate bid/contract items commissioners approved final pay request #1 for contract 2025-21 with Top Grade Concrete LLC in the amount of $99,011 and pay application #2 for project 2024-15 (Salt Shed) with Century LLC for $20,316.40 after engineer Megan Eggleston confirmed project completion and recommended payment.
The commission also declared a set of items surplus and authorized an online auction with Meyer Auction Services LLC, with a closing date of Oct. 21, 2025; staff said the full list and photos will be posted online and made available via Ben Meyer Auction.
All consent, pay and surplus actions were approved by motion and roll call.
