"This is a memorandum of understanding between us and Pinal County or Pinal Hispanic Council, to provide extensive services for our students who need them on campus," Lavender said.
After brief discussion emphasizing the importance of such services for students with emotional and mental-health needs, the board moved and approved the MOU by roll-call vote.
