Boone County superintendent highlights high staff satisfaction in stay-interview summary

Boone County Schools reported strong staff retention and satisfaction from 260 stay interviews: 92.7% of employees said they are satisfied, 91.1% would recommend the district and 94.6% said they will continue working for the district, officials said.
