Budget amendment: The board approved a budget amendment to reclassify longevity pay into the correct function accounts following payments made in May. Miss Henderson said the district spent about $36,500 on longevity this year (the budgeted amount was $40,000). The motion to approve the amendment passed 5–0 (motion made by Miss Randall; second by Miss Austin).
