Jeff said the team will complete QA/QC, incorporate input from court security and IT, and return a general schedule to the board after next week's consultant meeting.
Board members asked whether bidding would occur in January; Jeff said "if we're pushing it off, just if we just literally pushed it 6 weeks, that won't work," and added bidding will be "well after the first of the year sometime." Members also discussed furniture layout, security camera placement and IT/data locations as items that must be integrated into final bid documents.
